About Shinghome
Our story
Shinghome Property Management Company Limited. was founded in 2019 by Alex Wang to do one thing well: be the most-trusted operator of overseas property for Chinese and ethnic-Chinese investors. Six years later, that's still the brief.
We currently operate across Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket — three Thai markets we've come to know building-by-building. Our roadmap from here is Jakarta, Bali, Kuala Lumpur, and Manila, in that order, on the same operator-led model: only enter a city when we can put real people on the ground.
Our front-desk team handles operations, sales, and guest service. Our supporting teams — interior designers, electricians, housekeepers, cleaning crews — are local hires in each city. The combination is what lets us deliver a hotel-grade experience at apartment economics.
